The VVS company conducted a marketing analysis of the Russian growing markets by the results of the 2^nd quarter of 2017. As a result we discovered new points of growth in Russian import.

The criteria for selection of commodity markets into the rating are:

• the high rate of market activity;

• turnover more than 500 thousand USD/quarter;

• the rate of growth to the same quarter of the last year is above 10%.

In the 2^nd quarter of 2017 the high import volumes were observed in the equipment for nervous stimulation market under the relevant HS code 9018907500. This market in money terms amounted to $ 1 million per quarter. During that quarter, the import growth amounted to +225.8% compared to the 2^nd quarter of 2016. A period of continuous growth was 10 months. The activity coefficient was 7. The activity coefficient is determined by a calculation based on the period and nature of growth of the commodity market on the basis of the author's methodology of the VVS company (this method is reserved by an official patent).

It is worth noting that 6 Russian regions were engaged in import supplies. The leading region of purchases was Kabardino-Balkar Republic. More than 31.1% of supplies were imported exactly to that region. 

The leader among countries-suppliers was USA with a share in imports of 50.9%.
