3 years ago the capacity of our market was 32 million USD, we took 10%...15% of the market. Today the market has decreased to 8-9 million USD and now we have 25%...30% market share!
Information is the key! Every wise company if it wants to develop must have the market information, about their competitors. Everybody must be able to assess the capacity of the market.
